My work is all about the process and experience of making art and in documenting temporary states of being. My interest in camera less methods of creating imagery has lead me onto exploring cyanotypes and photograms in relation to my ongoing research into fluid motion.  The deep blue of the paper and the gentle emerging shapes are created through layering natural forms onto paper saturated with cyanide salt and then exposed in natural u.v light. The process of exposure reveals an immediate beauty with distinctive details.

Bubbles are a natural circular object of beauty but they are also unpredictable, giving a unique pattern each time the spherical form makes contact with the surface.The bubble is a symbol of fragility but it also resemble other natural phenomena from the macrocosm of planets and constellations to the microcosm of microscopic cells.  These organic images are unpredictable examples that represent the beautiful yet fragile nature of fluids, filled with colliding energies and turbulent forms. The shapes are captured as they naturally form and are not altered.
